Just up the road from the house I grew up in is Kirtland Hills, an extremely green, countryish township with wildflower-heavy pastures cut into forest, twisty streams and pretty vistas that look down to the lake miles away. You can't go to Cleveland without hitting the West Side Market. Every ethnic food is represented here, including world-famous gyros and falafel. I almost wept when I saw the piles of beautiful rhubarb, which you better believe I bought and pie'd up. But vegetables is not what I am bringing you in this photopost, no.

When J was planning this Ohio trip, he said sheepishly, "Please don't think I'm a total goober for scheduling this trip around baseball." I think on the list of things that Justin loves, baseball is at least third. How could I begrudge my man a chance to engage in his favorite hobby? (Doesn't hurt that I LOVE watching baseball live.)

I'm going to do this mostly alphabetically by location, so next up is the Cleveland Museum of Art!

Last year the museum was largely under construction, with all the ancient art being hidden away somewhere. This year I got to see my old (OLD) favorites, and snapped a bunch for Claire and Juliet, my museum sluts! ♥
